Students are Asked to meet the following requirements and procedures:

1. Contact an admissions representative at the school at (239)495-1810, to schedule an appointment for a personal interview and tour of the school facilities.  If this is not possible, at the discretion of one of the school directors, an interview may be conducted over the phone. You may also use our contact form to have one of our admissions representatives contact you.
   
   
2. Submit a completed Admission Application with a $50.00 non refundable application fee, a photo I.D., and a copy of a high school diploma or GED certificate. Persons interested in enrolling who have not achieved a high school diploma or GED certificate, must be at least 18 years of age and demonstrate the ability to benefit from the training being offered. The ability to benefit must be determined prior to admission by scores of 200 verbal and 210 quantitative on the Wonderlic ATB test which is administered at Cozmo the School by an independent test administrator. Furthermore, if the applicant is still enrolled in secondary school, a letter from a school administrator must be provided indicating that pursuit of the training won't be detrimental to the student's regular school work.
   
   
3. A review committee will review the application and notify the applicant in person, by telephone, or in writing the status of his/her admission to the school.
   
   
4. Students should schedule their interview and submit their applications well in advance of the date they have chosen to enter school to ensure availability of space in the classroom. The admission office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and on Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Other times are available by appointment. At the time of the interview, the prospective student will receive a tour of the facility, a complete explanation of the program, explanation of the finance/payment options, and the opportunity to meet the Cozmo Staff.   Prospective students are welcome and encouraged to attend class for the day if he or she desires.

Cozmo The School is authorized under Federal law to enroll foreign students under an M1 Visa. In addition to the admissions requirements listed previously, international applicants must:

1. Provide a properly completed and signed Affidavit of Financial Support
2. Satisfy all current INS requirements for issuance of a Form I-20, Certificate of Eligibility for nonimmigrant Student Status
3. Demonstrate English language proficiency by achieving a minimum score on the TOEFL
